1st race – (1) Grand Oracle ships in from Oaklawn and drops slightly here. Looks best in this field. (3) Where Y’at has some speed and could hang around until the end. (4) Tip Toe Joe can make some noise here. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-3-4.

3rd race – (5) What’s the Tea returns to a claimer and should prove best. (7) Go Go Playmate was an easy maiden winner and merits respect here. (6) Front Runnin drops out of stakes company and merits respect.  (1) Amazing Amanda has the rail and enough speed to be a force here. Betting strategy: 5 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-5-6-7.

5th race – (2) I Don’t Get It is in great form and gets the nod here. (4) De’ Medici cannot be ignored off the Atras claim. (1) Funny Uncle was claimed by Asmussen and should be closing fast in the final furlong. (6) Barksdale may hang around until the end in this field. Betting strategy: 2 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-6.

7th race – (6) Curlin’s Charm is an interesting firster who can win in her debut. (10) Couplet should be gaining ground in the final furlong. (7) Sweet Reward is another firster who might be a factor here. (9) Serena’s Surprise  has been working nicely on dirt. Betting strategy: 6 to win, place. Exacta box: 6-7-9-10.

9th race – (10) Madaket Road has a big class edge here and looks best. (7) Gunmetal turned in a useful comeback race and should be a main threat. (11) Sharp Swinger will be helped by a fast pace. (2) Market Street should be gaining ground in the final furlong. Betting strategy: 10 to win, place. Exacta box: 2-7-10-11.
