1st race – (2) Locally Owned is experienced at marathon distance and looks best in this 1 ¼-mile test. (6) Kissalot will be a force if he duplicates his synthetics form. 4th race – (9) Heckled (B) was a troubled fourth last time and should take a step forward with a better trip. (8) Gloria’s Princess was bumped when second and will be the main threat. 7th race – (1) Bad to the Bones makes his first start since moving to Mott’s barn and is perfectly placed at the rail. (2) Zippin Gigi has speed and could be tough to catch here. (6) Patient Capital is in great form and belongs in the exotics. (8) Greys the Boy should be a factor in the final furlong. Betting strategy: 1 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-6-8. Doubles: 1-2-6-8 with 1-4-5-7.

8th race – (1) Lone Rock has extensive experience at the 1 1/2-mile distance and stands out in this field. (4) Scarlet Fusion looks like the one to fear. (7) Next could be tough to reel in if the pace gets too slow. (5) Red Run should be closing swiftly at the end. Betting strategy: 1  to win, place. Exacta box: 1-4.
