1st race – (5) Pop Paul ships in from California and finds a field he can handle. (7) Nash Potatoes was claimed out of a maiden win and fits well here. 3rd race – (1) Mirage just missed at Oaklawn and should prevail from the rail. (2) Armed N Dangerous was second the last three times. Let’s do it again. 5th race – (2) Supercharger stumbled at the start and still finished second. Makes amends here. (6) Swerve missed by a neck and could get a positive pace scenario. (4) Sigfrid showed life on Tapeta. 7th race – (3) Wrong Shoes was third in the Grade 2 Beaumont and has a big class edge here. (7) Empath should perk up back in sprint. (5) Jaboss has not raced since June but has ability. (9) What’s the Tea will be a threat on her best try. Betting strategy: 3 to win, place. Exacta box: 3-5-7-9.

10th race - (8) Outfielder seems poised for a home run from the outside post. (1) Reb Fire will be helped by a ground-saving trip. (2) Throckmorton belongs in the exotics. (4) Sandal’s Song may improve in his second US start. Betting strategy: 8 to win, place. Exacta box: 1-2-4-8.
