5th race –- (2) Illustrating won nicely when stretched out to two turns. Can make it two in a row here. (1) Lucky Bernadine seems like the one to fear. (3) New Purpose should pose a late threat. 7th race – (1) Wedelia should prove best from the rail while facing claimers. (8) Rhaposdy in Blue will be helped by a quick pace. (2) Something Navy is an interesting firster.
