Pick 5 carryover for Friday is $249,893
Patricia Moseley’s homebred Proctor Street rallied from the back of the pack to take command at the three-sixteenths pole and post a 1-length victory over She’s Lookin Lucky in the $140,000 Ballyrankin Purse for fillies and mares Thursday afternoon at Keeneland. Trained by Brendan Walsh and ridden by Tyler Gaffalione, Proctor Street completed the mile and a sixteenth over a firm turf course in 1:43.57.
Proctor Street is a 4-year-old Kentucky-bred daughter of Street Sense out of Proctor’s Ledge, a two-time Grade 2-winning daughter of Ghostzapper who was trained by Walsh. Proctor Street improved her record to 7-4-1-1 with the victory.
Favored in the field of nine, Proctor Street returned $4.26, $2.72 and $2.58. She’s Lookin Lucky, ridden by Frankie Dettori, returned $4.92 and $4.04 and finished a neck in front of A Lilac Rolla (IRE), who paid $4.42 to show under Florent Geroux.
