Keeneland Supplements Eight Horses to Book 1 of November Breeding Stock Sale

Includes the dam of recent Grade 1-winning juvenile Voyager

Keeneland has supplemented eight horses to Book 1 of the November Breeding Stock Sale on Tuesday, Nov. 3.

The session, which has cataloged 266 horses, begins at 1 p.m. ET.

The broodmares supplemented to Book 1 are:

  • Chart, dam of 2026 Johnnie Walker Natalma (G1) winner and Schuylerville (L) runner-up Voyager. In foal to Constitution, the 9-year-old mare by Lea is a Grade 3 winner from the family of Irish highweight Spirit of Valor; Grade 1 winner Furiously; Grade 2 winner Brilliant; and stakes winner and Grade 2-placed Street Life.   • Gran Nighthawk, dam of undefeated juvenile Repo Man, who won the Oct. 4 Zuma Beach (G3) at Santa Anita. In foal to Yaupon, the 11-year-old daughter of Awesome Again is a full sister to multiple graded stakes winner Awesome Baby. Warrendale Sales, agent, consigns Gran Nighthawk.

Weanlings added to the catalog are:

  • A colt by Gun Runner and a half-brother to Grade 2 winner Stitched and stakes winner Swill. Consigned by Lane’s End, agent, he is out of Walking Miracle, by Into Mischief, and from the family of Grade/Group 1 winners Mast Track and Jemayel; Grade 2 winner Ready to Act; and Group 3 winner Sound Money.
  • A colt by Life Is Good and a half-brother to Grade 2 winner Future Is Now and stakes winner Call Another Play. From the family from Grade 1 winner Mindframe, he is out of the winning Bernardini mare Past As Prelude. Gainesway, agent, consigns the colt.
  • A colt by Tiz the Law out of Big Mama Kane, by Quality Road, from the family of Grade 1 winner Brant and Grade 2 winner Pappacap. He is consigned by Greenfield Farms, agent.

The racing or broodmare prospects in Round 1 of supplements are:

  • Grammy Girl, a 5-year-old daughter of Mastery who won this year’s Vagrancy (G3) and Distaff (G3) at Aqueduct. She is out of the winning Songandaprayer mare Song Girl, a half-sister to champion Classic Empire. Grammy Girl is consigned by Gainesway, agent.
  • Grayosh, a 5-year-old mare by Yoshida (JPN) who won this year’s WinStar Matchmaker (G3) at Monmouth and the 2024 Lake Placid (G2) at Saratoga. Out of stakes-placed Rosie O’Prado, by Paddy O’Prado, she is consigned by ELiTE, agent.
  • Hereforagoodtime, a 4-year-old Grade 3-placed daughter of Justify, she is a half-sister to 2026 Spendthrift Farm Hopeful (G1) winner The Good Life. Consigned by Upson Downs Farm, agent, she is from the family of Grade/Group 1 winners New Year’s Day and Enforceable; Grade 2 winners Mohaymen and Chace City; and Grade 3 winner Kingly.

A total of 3,405 horses have been cataloged to the November Breeding Stock Sale, which will cover nine sessions through Wednesday, Nov. 11. Keeneland will consider supplemental entries to Book 1 until the November Sale begins. 

The stand-alone Keeneland November Horses of Racing Age Sale will take place Thursday, Nov. 12. The catalog for that auction is scheduled to be released Wednesday, Oct. 14.
