1^st race [NY, Md 35000, 6F] – (2) Run Toph Run was 7-2 in her first start in a maiden special weight and finished third at Monmouth Park 19 days ago. (1) Beltandsuspenders broke slowly in her debut and finished third at this level for a trainer who does not win with firsters. (6) Cream Puff was fifth in her first start at 4-1 for a low-profile trainer who has three wins at Saratoga this summer. (3) Daddy’s Ready will make her first start for Linda Rice who is contending for the leading trainer title at the Spa.

5^th race [Md Sp Wt, 5 ½ F TURF] – (3) Brickyard Belle will make her debut as a filly that was touted by trainer Miguel Clement as one to watch at Saratoga this summer. (1) Attachment will make her first start for Geroge Weaver who does very well with debut runners and is listed at 7-2 on the morning line. (5) R Kan’t Miss showed early speed and had the lead at 2-1 in her only start last month. (8) Follow Your Heart ships up from Kentucky to make her first start for a big name breeding operation with a recent fast workout at Keeneland.

6^th race [Clm 50000 N2L, 1 1/16 mi TURF] – (4) Madagasgar (B) was hard held while he had to wait behind traffic and could only get to fifth in a blanket finish.

8^th race [Skidmore, 5 ½ F TURF] – (5) River of Deceit (A) was second in his first and only start in June at 3-1 finishing well clear of the rest of the large field. (6) Titan Ready changes to the Brad Cox barn after two starts at Woodbine on Tapeta where he was second both times in a maiden and then a stakes race. (8) Wood island was a front-end winner of his as an odds-on favorite in July at Saratoga in a race that was meant for the grass. (2) American Pope is the most experienced horse in the field with three starts in stakes races.
