Buy TicketsEvent precedes Breeders’ Cup World Championships
The third Keeneland Championship Sale — which will offer breeding interests in stallions along with ownership interests in horses entered in the Oct. 30-31 Breeders’ Cup World Championships — is set for tonight at historic Castleton in Lexington.
Attendance to the event — held at the host site of the Breeders’ Cup — is by invitation only, with bidding available in person, online and by phone. All prospective bidders must pre-register and request credit to participate.
The live auction will begin at 6:30 p.m. ET. The final lot is Castleton, a 951-acre horse farm listed by Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty. Located just minutes from downtown Lexington, Castleton not only is one of the oldest horse farms in the Bluegrass but is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful farms in the world.
Live coverage of the Championship Sale will be available on Keeneland’s YouTube channel and on Keeneland.com.
