Plan Your Private Group Accommodations During A Race Day
The 2023 Fall Meet takes place October 6th - October 28th, with no racing on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Racing fans have the opportunity to apply for private race day accommodations in one of Keeneland's private venues during the Spring Meet via a random selection process. Online applications will be open from August 1st at 9 a.m. through August 2nd at 5:00 p.m.
Online forms will appear during this application period on each venue page shown below. Time and date of submission does not influence priority, so long as your submission falls within the request window.
Groups will be selected based on the requested venues and available dates, and will be contacted by Friday, August 4th. Clients will have until Wednesday, August 9th at 5:00pm to remit payment for the full capacity of the venue. If payment is not secured within this time, the venue will be released to another client. For clients who do not receive the venue requested, our Events Team is happy to assist in finding alternate accommodations for race day.

Keeneland Room
Primarily utilized as a backdrop for sponsors on their race day, the Keeneland Room is one of our most opulent settings with magnificent views of the race track as well as a private rooftop patio. The Keeneland Room is a truly lavish venue to entertain guests while they enjoy racing at its finest. Enjoy watching the races from the private dining room or the balcony overlooking the track!
Stakes Lounge At The Lafayette Room
Enjoy a panoramic view of our race track and rolling bluegrass countryside from this fourth floor location. Tiered seating and balcony access provide wonderful views for all of your guests to experience the pure excitement of the race meet.
Life Members Room
The Life Members Room offers a picturesque view of the Paddock as well as upscale accommodations within the second floor of the Keeneland Clubhouse. Guests will have access to the Clubhouse Grandstand and Clubhouse Lawn so they can experience the excitement of live racing from the track!
Standard Corporate Suite
The perfect venue for entertaining top clientele, the Corporate Suites have large windows that offer a spectacular view of the race track from the fourth floor. Guests will be provided Clubhouse Guest access which allows them to experience the races from the Clubhouse Lawn throughout the day.
