April 1
- Entries due online
April 3
- Property line changes
- Final withdrawal to not appear in catalog
- NTRA contribution lists
- Breeders’ Cup, EBF and State-bred nominations due into their respective offices in order to appear in the sales catalog
April 5
- Racing and Black-type updates (races run after this date will not appear in catalog)
April 6
- Original Coggins certificates ($100 penalty per horse will apply after this date)
- EVA results dated within 90 days of sale date. Recommended blood pull March 2026. ($100 penalty per horse will apply after this date)
- The Jockey Club Registration certificates due ($100 penalty per horse will apply after this date)
- Consignor's Authorized Agent forms ($100 penalty per property line will apply after this date)
April 14
- X-rays to Repository: Must be taken within 10 days of sale date.
- X-rays, endoscopic videos and veterinary certificates must be on file in the Repository at least four days prior to sale date.
- All broodmare prospects must have a veterinary certificate on file stating "suitable for mating" dated within 10 days of selling date.
April 24
- First $500 of Entry Fee
REMINDER: Health certificates, including EHV-1 vaccine information, must be dated within 30 days of arrival on sale grounds and are required in our office prior to sell.
