Kolonay formerly was Vice President, Digital at Next Logical Decision (NLD), a Kentucky-based digital and technology consulting firm that worked with Keeneland. He also has served as a transformative executive coach and technology leader in national industries such as retail/digital commerce, digital marketing and federal consulting for civilian, defense and intelligence agencies.   

Born in Detroit, Kolonay grew up outside Ashland, Kentucky and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.A. in economics.
