Plan An Unforgettable Group Outing At Keeneland
The Keeneland Spring Meet is the perfect opportunity for an unforgettable group outing!
The 2023 Fall Meet takes place October 6-28, with no racing on Mondays or Tuesdays. First post is 1:00 p.m. daily.
For parties of 24 to 100 people, you may take advantage of the presale window from August 1st at 9 a.m. - August 2nd at 5 p.m. EST.
Online forms will appear during this application period on each venue page shown below. Time and date of submission does not influence priority, so long as your submission falls within the request window.
Public tickets for individuals needing 1-18 tickets will go on sale February 14th at 9 a.m.at tickets.keeneland.com.

- Submit a request with preferred accommodations through our online form.
- Groups will be selected based on the request and availability and you will be notified by February 6th.
- When selected, payment should be remitted by August 14th for the full amount of the group purchase.
Lexington/Kentucky Dining Room
Located on the fourth floor overlooking the scenic Keeneland track, the Lexington/Kentucky Room is an exceptional dining option for a day at the races! Tables seat 6 or 4, where guests can enjoy a deluxe lunch buffet and cocktails. Guests can come and go from the reserved table throughout the day to watch horses in the paddock or the races on the track apron!
Phoenix Dining Room
The Phoenix Room overlooks the walking ring where horses are mounted before entering to the track for the races. Guests can come and go from this room, and the tables are reserved for the entire day. Place bets from the private tellers in the dining room, then watch the races from the fourth floor balcony or track apron!
Reserved Grandstand Seating
Watch the races outside in individual seats within the Grandstand, under cover from the elements.

Food and Drink Vouchers
Keeneland food and beverage vouchers are available in $10 increments and are valid through the duration of the 2023 Fall Meet. Vouchers can be used at any of our concession stands or bars throughout the grandstand.

Additional Details
Tickets are not valid for resale to third parties. Tickets purchased from venues that are not licensed by Keeneland are invalid and will not be honored by Keeneland. Patrons offering Keeneland tickets for resale will be restricted from purchasing tickets in the future.
Payment
Please allow for 5-7 business days for an email confirmation. Payment in full will be required at that time. If we are not able to accommodate your group on your preferred race day, we will collaborate with you to book a reservation for an alternate date.
Delivery
Patrons. can choose to have their tickets emailed, sent to their mobile device, mailed, or picked up at will call.
Cancellation of Dining Reservations
If you need a refund on any of your tables, you must notify the ticket office 2 weeks before your arrival date. No refunds will be given after that time. You have to return whole tables.
Cancellation of Grandstand Reserved Seating
If you need a refund on your seats, you must notify the ticket office 2 weeks before your arrival date. No refunds will be given after that time.
Gratuity for Groups of 10 or more
A 20% gratuity will be automatically applied to food and beverage for all groups of 8 or more in the dining rooms.
Pre-Order Keeneland Gifts
Work closely with the Keeneland Shop to select the perfect gift to be delivered to your group on the day of your reservation.
