His father Richard Hazelton won more than 4,700 races during a training career that spanned over 60 years.

#2 Good Mojo looks like an extremely timely claim for Trainer Norm Cassie given his recent form and this race doesn't stack up to be the toughest group of runners for the level and may even be a little bit easier than what he's faced in his last couple of starts.

#8 Maginnesontap has come very close against higher level competition throughout his career. With that being said he's not breaking through and so today they'll take the drop-down in class and given who he's running against I think today is the day for these connections to get this colt’s picture taken.

#5 Stone County was claimed for $30,000 by Trainer, Armando Hernandez, who also owns him, out of his most recent race. Trainer Armando Hernandez is 35% first off the claim which is absurdly good not to mention he's running against mainly three year-old competition today versus the older or season group that he did in his most recent race. This will be my best bet of the day with a $5 Win, Place, Show bet as mentioned on “Today at Keeneland”

#7 Belzoni has sprinted twice in his career and now gets the route of ground to work with. Trainer, Bill Mott, wins 20% of the time with this pattern.

#2 Zambezi I was claim for $50,000 out of his most recent start and what I like most about this spot that he's been put in by Trainer Bobby Barnett is the shortening up in distance. He's only run one other time on the turf over the span of a 24 race career. That was a Kentucky Downs quite a a while back in 2023 so don't worry about that start as we fast forward three years later. He should be a long shot so the price will be right to be a little for a bigger reward.

#2 Billal should be able to outclass this group here today. This is by far away the easiest group that he's faced throughout his career and I'd say there's a good chance that somebody claims this horse for $50,000 today given what options they would have moving forward. Even though he's dropping, he's not taking a massive drop down in class. It just looks like they're trying to get a win from him and move on.

#5 Pimlott isn't a season to some of these others Priti shown promise and both of his starts including winning first time out back in July at Ellis Park. His second start was OK, but that was his first try against winners and he was only beaten 1 1/4 lengths. He'll turn back in distance to the same distance in which he won on debut.

#8 Ruiva is a very speedy filly and she's tackling the boys here today in the G3 Indian Summer Stakes, a pretty common move by her Trainer, Wesley Ward. And by doing so she's carrying less weight than her male counterparts. In her most recent start, they tried her on dirt and she was beaten by a good Bob Baffert trained filly and a stakes race at Del Mar and her only race on turf was in the G2 Queen Mary at Royal Ascot where she wasn't disrespected, finishing third beaten by two really nice horses. I think she's gonna be awful tough today with her speed and playing at her home track.

#4 Fully Subscribed will be an awfully short price in this smaller Field given the summer that she had at Saratoga. She's one her last two races and most recently did so in the G1 Personal Ensign. Even though I'd like to find a better price in here, it's just not a situation where I think she gets beaten, so we'll just take the short price and move on.

#11 Mid American is two for two on turf, and I was really impressed with his win at Kentucky Downs in the Juvenile Sprint. He showed a nice burst late in the stretch and with his pedigree, the added distance doesn't look like it'll be an issue stepping up to 1 1/16th mile in the Castle & Key Bourbon Stakes to close out Fall Stars Weekend here at Keeneland.
