1st Race
1-3-4
#1 Olympic Star goes a route of ground for the first time and drops in class. Count me in. Looks like the right spot and adds blinkers as well. Like all the changes.
2nd Race
2-3-5
#2 Horsing Around has been steady in three lifetime races and has come close to winning. She’s in the right spot to succeed vs. this group. She’s ripe for a win it appears in this spot. She moved out to the dirt for the first time in her last race and ran as well as she had her previous races on turf so surface distance will not be a problem for this filly or at least it will not be an excuse.
3rd Race
2-3-6
#2 Queen Azteca has run nothing but steaks resistance, arriving here in the United States from Europe. This is a class drop, even though this is not an easy race by any means but she's performed well against tougher competition and today she looks perfectly suited to pick up her first victory here in the United States.
4th Race
1-2-5
#1 Mighty Nora has had strong performances throughout her entire career against competition levels such as this. In fact, race last time out down at Oaklawn Park in Arkansas might've been the toughest group that she's ever faced and she still showed up. This is a good spot for her at Keeneland to go ahead and breakthrough.
5th Race
3-8-10
#3 Murdock came back to racing after a very long layoff, in fact it was a year plus. And that comeback race was strong, even though he was the beaten favorite he finished second. The fact that he's running two times in the span of about a month should be a huge benefit for this nice colt for Trainer Larry Rivelli.
6th Race
2-1-3
#2 Bold Journey sprung a bit of an upset in his most recent start running in the Grade 3 Tom Fool stakes up at aqueduct. And in my opinion, it wasn't much of an upset considering he'd run well in so many of his races throughout his career. He's a seven year-old who has won eight races from 34 starts and made just a few thousand dollar shy of $1 million in his racing career. And the fact that he's eligible for this allowance race is a huge for him and his connections as he's in the perfect spot today.
7th Race
1-2-3
#1 Next Up as a been seen in three months, but here's another horse that has performed very well throughout her career having two victories and finishing in the money in seven of nine starts. She's back on dirt after turf and synthetic tries and all of her races on any of the three surfaces that we race on here in the United States have been very strong
8th Race
3-10-1
#3 Beer Run has yet to win at Keeneland in for previous time spitting all four of those races. He's finished either second or third. It took him a while to pick up his first career victory which happened at Kentucky Downs last August, but even after that and facing winners at Keeneland and Churchill, he was very close to winning. He's made a lot of money finishing second and third and I don't see any reason why he is not capable of winning this race today for Trainer Wesley Ward.
9th Race
3-4-1
#3 Eunomia it's getting another steaks opportunity for a third consecutive race. She just won the Sandy Bottom Stakes at Colonial Downs in her most recent start and two starts ago she finished third to Claret Beret who just this past Saturday won the Grade 1 Apple Blossom Stakes at Oaklawn. This filly should be tough in this spot and hopefully we'll get a decent price.
10th Race
5-2-7
#5 Amani’s Music made her debut back in mid march at Gulfstream Park on the synthetic track and she was very sharp in that race. She nearly won on debut beaten just ahead. And encouraging debut and the fact that she is moving onto Grass I think is a positive considering the fact that she's a half Sister to four turf winners in the past.
