The UK HealthCare Transylvania (G3), for 3-year-olds at 1 1/16 miles on the turf, runs Friday, April 3. The Transylvania Stakes takes its name from Lexington's Transylvania University, the oldest college west of the Allegheny Mountains.

UK Healthcare became the sponsor for the The Transylvania Stakes for the first time in 2026.
