Private Group Reservation Process
- Browse options for group reservations ahead of time.
- Visit this website during the reservation window: December 1 at 9 a.m. - December 2 at 5 p.m. EST
- Submit a request with preferred accommodations through our online form.
- Groups will be selected based on availability; groups will be notified by December 12.
- When selected, payment should be remitted by December 17 for the full amount of the group purchase.
Ivy Room
Named for the creeping ivy that adorns Keeneland’s iconic limestone facades, the Ivy Room is an ideal setting for groups seeking a traditional Keeneland dining experience. Located on the second floor of the Paddock Building, this space complements the Dogwood Room experience and offerings. The Ivy Room provides a comfortable, intimate atmosphere with buffet-style dining in a refined setting.
Keeneland Room
Primarily utilized as a backdrop for sponsors on their race day, the Keeneland Room is one of our most opulent settings with magnificent views of the race track as well as a private rooftop patio. The Keeneland Room is a truly lavish venue to entertain guests while they enjoy racing at its finest. Enjoy watching the races from the private dining room or the balcony overlooking the track!
Stakes Lounge at the Lafayette Room
Enjoy a panoramic view of our race track and rolling bluegrass countryside from this fourth floor location. Tiered seating and balcony access provide wonderful views for all of your guests to experience the pure excitement of the race meet.

The perfect venue for entertaining top clientele, the Corporate Suites have large windows that offer a spectacular view of the race track from the fourth floor. Guests will be provided Clubhouse Guest access which allows them to experience the races from the Clubhouse Lawn throughout the day.
