SAVE THE DATE! Group reservation requests for the 2027 Spring Meet will be accepted December 1-2, 2026.

For parties of 24 to 100 people; you may request reservations in Keeneland's five public spaces: Lexington/Kentucky Room, Phoenix Room, Dogwood Room, Loge Boxes or in the Reserved Grandstand. Applications are entered into a selection process and awarded based on availability and race meet schedule. Not all dates are available for groups during the meet.

To rent a private venue for parties ranging from 12 to 110 people during the races, guests can apply for the specific room and date via the Group Sales Application. Applications are entered into a selection process and awarded based on availability and race meet schedule.

Great for hosting larger groups, Keeneland partners with RevelXP to offer the convenience of elevated tailgating packages on The Hill that can be paired with tickets to the races.
