Public Group Reservations
For groups of 24 to 100; you may request reservations in Keeneland's four public spaces: Lexington/Kentucky Room, Phoenix Room, Dogwood Room, or in the Reserved Grandstand. Applications are entered into a selection process and awarded based on availability and race meet schedule. Not all dates are available for groups during the meet.
Private Group Reservations
For groups of 12 to 110; private venues offer an exclusive race day experience during the Spring Meet. As these spaces are reserved solely for your party, bookings require purchase/payment of the venue's full capacity. Applications are entered into a selection process and awarded based on availability and race meet schedule.
Group Tailgating Packages
Great for hosting larger groups, Keeneland partners with RevelXP to offer the convenience of elevated tailgating packages on The Hill that can be paired with tickets to the races.
The Request Process
Prepare Ahead of Time
Browse venue options, required guest counts and available dates in advance at keeneland.com/groups.
Submit Your Request
The request window opens Monday, December 7 at 9 a.m. and closes Tuesday, December 8 at 5 p.m. Requests may be submitted at any time during this period and are not awarded on a first come, first served basis. Groups will be selected based on availability and notified by December 14.
Available Dates
Not all race meet dates are available for request. Please check availability on each individual venue page. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays hold the best availability to accommodate large groups.
Guest Count
Once your guest count is entered in the request form, available venue options will appear based on your group size. Please note that private venues require the full guest count for the space requested.
Applying for Multiple Venues
Interested in more than one venue or date? Groups requesting public venues may submit one request form and select all preferred options. Groups requesting private venues must submit a separate application for each private venue for which they would like to be considered. Requests will be considered across all selections; however, groups may receive only one reservation per race meet, and availability is not guaranteed.

The pair got the final eighth of the move in a sharp :12 2/5 with Golden Tempo, a bay son of Curlin, working on the inside if his company.
